We have all seen fad diets that claim to help you lose weight fast, but this is a new one for me. Everyone has heard of celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder that prevents the digestion of gluten, but this takes gluten-free to a new level. This diet does not allow any consumption of carbohydrates except for vegetable and the odd piece of fruit. No wonder people are losing weight, with no short term energy! Needless to say, this diet would never be a good idea!
